Peter Crisp has been working since 1978 with glass moulding techniques using the fused and slumped method. Having studied at Sydney College of the Arts, Crisp has exhibited his work in more than 60 exhibitions both in Australia and abroad. His work relates itself to ancient Egyptian glass working practices by using modern moulding materials and equipment. Crisp produces three highly individual designs which are decorated by hand with 22 carat gold. To take advantage of its greater strength, Skoda type lass is used and each piece of work created is signed 'Crisp' with an identifying serial number. Crisp glass is an investment in fine art and is chosen by discerning collectors around the world for its quality and creative craftsmanship.
